It can be hard to think of new fundraising ideas, so it's important for members to share their successes with others! At the 2009 VLW, attendees split into small groups and answered this question:

How can chapters fundraise?

All attendees had an opportunity to view the suggestions made by each group and were asked to select their "Top 10" solutions. Suggestions included ideas like:

• Offer speakers to local nursing schools
• Meet & Greet meeting (wine tasting, cooking, gardening, etc.)
• Garage sale
• Sponsors/Wellness walks
• 1/2 off discount for new members
• Certification Review classes (CNN/CDN)
