My background includes; Executive Director, Global Director of Marketing & Sales, Project Manager, District Trainer, and Quality Coordinator, for a $3B PhARMA/healthcare organization.
I have worked across a wide range of areas including numerous projects in R&D, new product launches, creation of training programs, and quality assurance programs. I have performed these functions for several clients of Quintiles/Innovex, including Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, Abbott and GlaxoSmithKline. My responsibilities have included budget control to $20M.
Some of my successes include;
· Training a team of Medical Science Liaisons, which led hospitals, clinics and states to change policies on the care of patients with kidney disease.
· Beginning a new type of dialysis treatment for a hospital system.
· Creating marketing plans for new product starting ground up.
I hold a Masters in business and a BSN from the College of Notre Dame and I have certifications in GCP, GMP, GLP, QA (including Six Sigma), and Regulatory Affairs, as well as dialysis and asthma education.
