Hi Everybody,
Just wondering if any of you are doing IUF in patients who are not dialysis patients. These are patients who are not responding to diuretics and have an excess of 30 pound weight gain due to cardiac issues. We have done strictly IUF on 4 patients with good results . The problem is they must be inpatients at the hospital for it to be paid for. Any suggestions on how to bill for outpatient IUF only? thanks
