I'm Joy from Saudi Arabia, with difficult vein we do use ultrasound guided cannulation but not yet experience using it with graft. Actually we are still new in this and we work together with the Nephrologist. So far, we're able to cannulate especially with deep vein, and you can see the depth of the vein from the skin and this can assist you the angle of cannulation.
