Celebrating Nephrology Nurses’ Week
The Executive Committee of Acadiana Chapter #252 would like to take an ANNA-Connected minute to say a big “Southern” thank you to our members, sponsors, and the community surrounding Shreveport, Louisiana for all the help and support we have received during the past year. Thank you to our physicians for their support by donating their time to speak at our educational events, to the sponsors for adding their support in so many different ways that make the activities of the chapter possible. Thank you to our members who attend our events and support the chapter in their endeavors to fulfill the mission and goals of ANNA.
Our meetings have grown in attendance and there is a renewed interest in the activity of the chapter and how it functions to provide services to the Kidney Disease Community. This would not be possible without the Executive Committee that spends their free hours volunteering and making things happen behind the scene. Thank you to the People who make up the Executive Committee of the Acadiana Chapter.
As a special treat for Nephrology Nurses’ Week -Acadiana Officers and Commitee Chairpeople will be visiting the area Dialysis units, both chronic and acute, delivering treats, and networking to meet our members face to face. Two special members who have shown their continued support over the past year will receive a one year ANNA membership. WHO will it be?
Don’t forget that this year Acadiana will be giving away a $100.00 gift card to the member who recruits the most new members this year. Just in time for Christmas shopping or that special gift for yourself.
