What disinfectant do you use for cleaning cath sites and for cleaning around the caps on catheters?

In both our chronic and acute units we use the chloraprep swabs.

At DaVita we use ExSept. Seems to work pretty well and not many reactions to it.

I work at a hospital based clinic and we use Chloraprep swabs. However we have found a lot of our patients have had a reaction to this so many are still using betadine and peroxide or peroxide and alcohol for site care and just betadine or alcohol for ports.
