CRRT Flow Sheet

We are going to begin training Acute RN's for CRRT.  I am looking for a flow sheet.  Any suggestions??

What machines are you using? The type of information provided by the machine, like TMP, venous, and arterial pressures can make a difference in your flow sheet. I would be happy to share ours at MUSC with you. We just made the change from Prisma to PrismaFlex so our flow sheet will have to change as well.
