The Administrative SPN leaders would like your feed back on the topic of bullying in the workplace. Bullying is a major issue in the workplace, including the renal community. As leaders, we have a responsibility to address workplace bullying and stop it in its tracks. We must ensure the work environment and culture is safe and free of undue coercion and stress. We have created a survey in the ANNA Administrative SPN webpage that we kindly ask you to complete to determine what your experience has been with workplace bullying . Your responses are anonymous and confidential. We will disseminate the results at the National Symposium in April.
