Disinfecting Machines

Our unit is closed on Sundays, so our Fresenius sit for 24 hours without being heat cleaned.
When we come in Mon. am, we heat clean all the machines before using. Is this enough, or should we do a chemical cleaning before using? What do other units do?

See your operators manual for your machines, it will indicate that you should disinfect a machine if it sits idle for more then 48hrs (Chemical / Rinse)
