Suzy Catedrilla Cruz is a transformational healthcare executive and registered nurse specializing in multi-site leadership. She currently serves as a Regional Operations Director at DaVita Inc. in Florida, a role she has held since 2021. With full P&L accountability, Suzy oversees a regional portfolio comprising 11 outpatient clinics and 5 home dialysis programs. She leads a team of over 130 employees in delivering care to approximately 600 patients, and is widely recognized for driving sustained improvements in financial performance, workforce stability, and patient outcomes.
Her extensive career with DaVita spans over a decade, previously serving as a Regional Operations Manager and a Group Facility Administrator in New Jersey. Prior to DaVita, Suzy built a strong global foundation in clinical education and nursing management, holding roles as a Clinical Educator for Fresenius Medical Care (Asia Pacific), a Faculty/Clinical Instructor at Our Lady of Fatima University, a Clinical Nurse Manager for the National Kidney Foundation in Singapore, and a Pediatric ICU Nurse in the Philippines.
