Recently retired as a Director of Clinical Operations with Physicians Dialysis and now serving as a per-diem Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse. I have worked in hemodialysis for greater than 30 years in varying roles from LPN, Clinical Service Specialist to Clinical Manager. The most challenging role was being the charge nurse overseeing and managing dialysis care to prisoners in a Federal Institution for 4 and 1/2 years. The duties involved CAPD, Hemo and weekly Renal Clinics with the Nephrologist.
