magnet indicators

I am looking for any info on acute dialysis nurse sensitive indicators that are being tracked.  Does anyone know if "we" have specific indicators?  I know other unit track such things as fall rates and pressure ulcers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Somethings I track on a monthly basis:
Patient Satisfaction- we have a hospital volunteer ask our patients Press Ganey selected questions and post for employees to see results. This also helps with unit council to make suggestions for areas of improvement, example: we were scoring low in patient privacy, so unit council voted on pulling curtain completly while initially assessing patient and initiating treatment.
Quality Indicators-patient pre and post weights, CVL dressings, Hand-off between nursing units--JCAHO standard.
Quality Assurance- monthly machine/system cultures, medical director aware on monthly basis, system checks, etc.
