I am trying to implement one of the new QAPI tools from the NRAA website. I am finding it extremely comprehensive and useful, but I am having a difficult time determining exactly where to find the CMS and Network Goals for specific QIPS. I understand that my own facility should establish our goals for each indicator. For example, I realize that the hemoglobin target is 10-12, and that the desired URR is >65%, but what percentage of my patient population achieving this target is CMS looking for? I am unable to find helpful information on my Network's website. Can someone point me in the right direction?
