Hello ANNA Members -

ANNA's Strategic Planning meeting (that is hosted once every two years) is coming up at the end of July. ANNA's Board of Directors and some other leaders are going to be discussing the vision and future of ANNA, and of course - we want to hear from our members. We'd love your feedback on these two questions:

What is your "top of the mind concern" as a nephrology nurse?
If ANNA could only do one thing in the next year or two for the nephrology nurse, what should that be?

Hello Barbara,
I was a retired nurse and have just recently returned to the work force. Because of my previous nephrology nursing experience, I have been offered a job in busy free standing dialysis unit. I am excited and thrilled to begin again my second career. My thought is this.....are there many 'retired nephrology nurses' returning to the work force, since the economic downturn?
