Does anyone know how many visits it takes to cover a salary of about $100,000?
I make about 160-180 out patient visits/month, see CKD patients and round in hosp. We (2 NP's) are being told we aren't productive enough.

Much depends on the location. I'm an APN in central IL and make very good money in addition to fantastic benefits. However, if I moved to Chicago or another urban area, it would not be considered good at all. You do bring revenue to the practice and that should be rewarded. What exactly is your job title? We have a large practice and we have 4 full-time mid-levels doing dialysis rounding.
